If someone wants to buy a satellite TV card without cam, because they already have it, they can't do it, because they have to fleece you. Now, contacting customer service, I was told that it is not their fault if the satellite TV card is necessarily sold together with the cam, for a cost of €110 but it is a ministerial decree. I take note of this, and change the review, from 2 to 4 stars, as in the end the sales clerk did his job.
Very positive experience, very friendly and very hardworking and energetic people. I had a problem with the printer and Ivano fixed it immediately. Commendable and full of experience very human as a person. Let him advise you on IT matters! I will definitely return to shop there.
in my experience the sales staff, I won't say rude but aseptic, when I entered the shop it was quite empty and I purchased 200 euros worth of printers in less than 5 minutes, and then waited about a quarter of an hour for the box to be found and packaged, at the checkout with only one customer ahead of me, I still waited longer than necessary, I paid and the cashier (free at that moment because no one was waiting in line behind me) simply told me that I had to take my package from the goods lift which was closed at that moment, after a few more minutes of waiting the cashier interrupts the conversation with her colleague and makes sure to press the call button for the goods lift which quickly (at least he) arrives, and I can finally collect the goods independently my purchase to escape and never return..
Kindness, professionalism and courtesy. I have always been a customer and they have always helped me and given me good advice, they delivered the computer ready to use. Exceptional people.
